
Description
Tomato puree is a viscous deep red product produced from ripe tomatoes. The tomatoes are washed and sorted before being processed. The pulp goes through a hot break system and is refined, concentrated and sterilized to produce a smooth, viscous puree. The product is entirely natural with no added colourants, flavourings or other tomato products.
