Strawberry Puree
Description

Strawberry puree is a reddish viscous product, containing strawberry fibre, produced from mature strawberries. The product is washed and sorted before being pulped. No clarification is done. The strawberry pulp is pasteurized and filled in drums under good hygiene practices. The product does have a natural strawberry taste and aroma with no added flavourings or colorants. The product is safe to use in juices, jams or other applicable foodstuffs.
Varieties: Typical Western Cape varieties.
