Peach Puree is a viscous yellow to orange product produced from mature peaches. The peaches are washed and sorted before being milled. Ascorbic acid is used only as a processing aid. The peach pulp is refined, concentrated and sterilized to produce a smooth viscous puree. The product is entirely natural with no added colourants and flavourings.
