Cherry Puree

Description
Cherry puree is a red-brown to dark brown viscous product, containing cherry fibre, produced from mature cherries. The product is produced through the pulping of mature, sweet cherries without any clarification. The product is evaporated. The product is entirely natural with no added colourants and flavourings.
