Apple Puree Aseptic is light beige to golden yellow colour produced from mature apples. The product is entirely natural with no added colorants or flavourings. Ascorbic acid is used only as a processing aid. Apples are washed and sorted before being crushed (milled). The pomace is pulped, refined and sterilized to produce a smooth puree. The product is safe to use in juices or jams or in other applicable foodstuffs.
