Pear Puree Aseptic 16/18 Brix is a light-yellow to straw color product produced from mature pears. The product is entirely natural with no added colorants or flavourings. Ascorbic acid is used only as a processing aid. Pears are washed and sorted before being crushed (milled). The pomace is refined, (concentrated) and sterilized to produce a smooth puree. The product is safe to use in juices or jams or in other applicable foodstuffs.
