Pear Puree
Description

Pear Puree is a light-yellow straw colour produced from mature pears. Ascorbic acid is used only as a processing aid. Pears are washed and sorted before being crushed (milled). The pulp is refined, concentrated and sterilized to produce a smooth puree. The product is entirely natural with no added colourants and flavourings.
