Sweet Potato Puree
Description

Sweet potato puree is produced from orange and white flesh sweet potatoes. The puree is a viscous orange product. The sweet potatoes are washed, steam peeled and sorted before being processed. The pulp goes through a hot break system and is then refined and sterilized to produce a smooth, viscous puree. Ascorbic acid is used as a processing aid to prevent browning of the product. The product is entirely natural with no added colourants and flavourings.
