Loganberry Puree is a dark red to purple product produced from mature Loganberries and/or youngberries. The product is entirely natural with no added colorants or flavourings. Loganberries / Youngberries are crushed (milled), pulped and refined to smooth puree. The puree is pasteurized, filled and frozen. The product is safe to use in juices or jams or in other applicable foodstuffs.
